Victoria is the central hub of Australia’s Dairy Industry, producing 65% of Australia’s milk and boasting a huge 4,500 of Australia’s 6,770 registered dairy farms. Procal sources milk from farms located among the fields of Northern Victoria, where cows can graze on green pastures, fed by rich soils and generous rainfall.

Our Procal base is uniquely located near a range of premium farming districts. We are stationed only a few hours away from the farms where we source the best quality, pasture-fed fresh milk. This allows Procal to keep an eye on the latest farming methods and ensures that we adhere to the highest standards of animal welfare. Milk is collected daily from these farms and delivered fresh to our state-of-the-art production facility to be processed into a range of quality dairy products.

From the creation of milk to yoghurts, our farmers are an integral part of the production line. We work closely with local farmers and have proudly fostered long-term relationships with many. In this way, we have been able to consistently support these farms, many of which are family-run, through the generations.
