Procal Traditional Cypriot Halloumi

Originating from Cyprus, halloumi is a traditional Cypriot semi-hard cheese, typically made from a mixture of goat and sheep milk. Over time, some producers have started incorporating cow milk into the mix. While halloumi is widely recognized by its Greek name, it is also known by its Turkish name, hellim.
