Ingredients

  • 1 cup Procal's Authentic Greek Yoghurt
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 pear (peeled and cored)
  • 1–2 kiwi (peeled and white centre removed)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup baby bok choy
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • ½–1 tbsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (plus extra for garnish)

Method

  1. Prepare the produce by peeling the cucumber, pear, and kiwi. Remove the pear’s core and the white centre of the kiwi.
  2. Add Procal's Authentic Greek Yoghurt, water, prepared fruits, and vegetables to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes, or until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Taste the smoothie and, if desired, add ½ tablespoon of raw honey at a time for sweetness. Blend for an additional 30 seconds after adding honey.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with a sprinkle of parsley for a fresh finish.
