We are seeking an energetic, bubbly, and highly communicative Sales Representative to promote and sell our dairy products. In this role, you will focus on fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with café’s, shops supermarkets, and other customers. Identifying and converting promising prospects through data bases, on-line research, cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Cultivating solid relationships with drivers to ensure a continuous flow of sales leads. Liaise with drivers on the transition of newly acquired business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively promoting our dairy products and identifying new business opportunities.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a bubbly, approachable personality.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dairy products or the food industry is a plus.
